One of the movies I am looking forward to seeing. Has Meryl Streep and Helena Bonham Carter in it. There is some powerhouse acting for you!

I loved how open-minded the British were when she played the Queen-Mother in the King's Speech.

It really showed British royal prerogatives at their peak and how funny it all was considering what life would be after WWII. The Duke of York depicted in "The King's Speech" eventually became king after his brother Edward VIII abdicated and lead the country thru the war. The current queen was a young-ish girl when her father was ascended the throne (allegedly he never expected to be king) and was incredibly devoted to her father. From all accounts she hated Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson because she believed that the duties of royalty on her father shortened his life.
