I'd be wary, photos are of a model/national swimmer (Singapore not californian as ad suggests)/Harvard grad with Bain&Co. yet he listed a shady apartment building in NYC chinatown. I didn't feel comfortable meeting him as he insisted on me heading directly to the apartment (no doorman/security buzzer)

I actually had a great experience with him last month. Super nice, down to earth and a great smile. He did list from Chinatown NYC but his building was secured with a doorman and security buzzer when I got there. The guy in person has the same build and looks a lot better than his photos.
