Moving posts about Message Center problems

There have been any number of posts here about the recent Message Center problems (inaccessibility, "site not loading", timing out, posting difficulties, time stamp issues, etc.). I've sent a few posts myself. I have no pride of authorship, but with all due respect, sending them all off to Daddy's Place may work nicely for the organized minds who run this place (?? }( ??), but I'm sure a lot of people won't look there (sorry, Daddy :-( ).

 

Would it be too much to ask that there be a "bulletin" on the home page which talks about current difficulties? We've seen a few such "bulletins" over the past month, so what's wrong with a running commentary? I'd think that would be a welcome and re-assuring "user-friendly" feature. :o
