Website Suddenly Disappears - Does Anyone Know Why?

Aaron was my first experience back in 2000 and we spent quite a bit of time together during that year. Although I have not spoken to him for about 3 years, I was just as curious as everyone else. Two days after his site shut down and it was first mentioned on this site, I sent him an e mail wishing him and his husband well. To my surprise, he sent me an e mail back within a few hours saying everything was ok and he and his husband were fine. Although he did not get specific, because I did not ask, he did say everything was ok. So the speculation about him being arrested or in jail is crazy. Based on my conversations with him back in 2000, it would not surprise me that he kept a promise to his husband that it was now time for him to get completely out of the business. But again this is purely my speculation.
