It's been 32 years since I've had an upstairs neighbor. I see nothing's changed.

As a survivor of several apartments below people like that I am happy to finally know what the $%@#$!! is going on up there.

 

Now if someone can just explain how my downstairs neighbors can smoke pot 24 hours a day sending the smell directly into my living room--except for the breaks they take to smoke regular cigarettes.
