Doesn't sound like the unhappy client actually paid anything or met the guy. And, the escort's story is plausible--if you have lost or left your phone somewhere, and all the client information is on the device, you just can't get there. It happened to me about two months ago, but the escort was only an hour late (with a phone call as soon as he found his phone to explain--and he stayed three hours when I booked for one).

 

I would give him a chance and if they meeting doesn't happen, just move on.
