Nice ass.

He had a few drinks before the show. And he was concerned that his cell phone was almost dead, so he could not return calls from all the girls who call him. Community college student from Long Island who does not attend many shows. He did not realize the electical outlet was part of the stage design for the play and did not really work.

At the bottom of the article discussing the Broadway rude dude, Nick Silvestri, there's another video of a Kiwi rude dude. The other guy's another college student in New Zealand, who thinks his professor's lecture is just too boring, and has no qualms about letting everyone including the professor, know:

I must say, that although the professor is presumably talking in English, I can't understand what she's saying. Worse than the British!

Here's a high school student who took it a step further:

The article I read reported that he said he did it before the show started-not that that makes a whole heckuva lot of difference.

Even if he hadn't been to very many plays -what had his parents taught him? I mean yes, I've used outlets in restaurants before-(I'm not talking fancy places). But to go up on stage-well to quote from Les Miz-"I am agog. I am aghast. " I have to hope he actually knows better, and it was all due to the demon rim, er I mean rum.

Nick was quote as saying, at age 19, he'd been drinking with his parents before the show. When he started receiving heat for his actions he said he'd given the show some free publicity, so everyone should jus calm down. The one picture above looks good but others I've seen aren't. Sounds like an a**hole.
