Anyone who uses any variation of "party" in their ad is a red flag for a drug user looking for money for more drugs - you're nothing but a walking ATM to them so don't expect any type of "service." Sadly I had one experience with someone like this he was high as a kite when I got there and the his bathroom vanity countertop looked like a pharmacy so never again.
