Well, it finally happened. The Dow and S & P 500 had already blown past their all time highs. As of today the Nasdaq is the last major index that has popped and exceeded its March 2000 high.

 

Things seem like they've never been better in places like Silicon Valley. Are we moving further into a new phase of a bull market, or is this (like in 2000) a bubble that is about to burst?

 

Inquiring minds want to know.
