The premise was the men would pay for a all-inclusive vacation to South America (this episode had Dominican Republic and Costa Rica).. the package would include your choice of female companions (for the week).. there was a VIP package, where you could chose two female companions (really hot Eastern European women). the woman would be your s for the week, and would accompany you throughout your vacation..
