Sad news today. Jayne Meadows was a neighbor and a friend, and one of the kindest people I have ever known. God bless her, and her wonderful family, and may her soul pass on in peace.

I'm sorry to hear that. She was an interesting woman. I sat next to her and Steve Allen some years back at a play in New York. She was gracious, and we talked for a bit.

I enjoyed her sister Audrey as well.

I was sad to hear this too. I was actually surprised. I knew Audrey had died years ago, and I guess I thought Jayne had too.
