Not much info WG, but I will say that I met him briefly when he was in FTL, a purely social gathering, but he was very nice to me on this visit. He was charismatic, engaging, and I personally didn't detect any attitude. I would thoroughly research him if you are thinking about a hire. As I recall, there were issues with him in the past. A quick search will reveal a dark side.

I had the same recollection as bigvalboy -- although my very limited encounter with him (also social) was pleasant enough. I just am not willing to part with over $300 for someone who has "issues" (past or present).

Many of them don't do with clients as much as they do on film... specially if they're truly straight.

I've met great "pornstars" like Duncan Black and Rafael Alencar, I've tried hiring Ryan Rose but he flaked on me as he did to DChotasianguy and Silverdollar. Other pornstars were a huge disappointment.

 

I've also met great guys who asked me not to even write a review about them because they wanted to remain "under the radar" and not expose themselves and jeopardize their future, guys who were just getting by in college while occasionally escorting.

 

I know this ain't the first time this subjects come up.

 

Oh, Lord, how I've had some good experiences with porn stars. I will usually pay extra for the privilege. After all, if they can perform in the highly unromantic setting of a movie set with a director barking orders. But, wow, what a disappointment when they don't perform as I'd hope. I won't hire if the reviews are bad (I had the chance to hire Ryan Rose but didn't because of the reviews). Some stars have been oh so good, though.

 

I set up three different appts with him in Lauderdale last week. He no-showed all three times. I met him at Boardwalk several times and he is very pleasant and way gorgeous....but can't figure why he flaked out so often. Very disappointing....

 

Well he was traveling with a rather large entourage, and I got the impression that it was "Party" central. Only an observation. He could have gotten (ahem) sidetracked. I hate no-shows. A call and an excuse, however lame, is better than leaving the client trying to guess what happened. :(

 

I totally agree....if he had replied to any of my texts or calls, I would have been a lot more understanding. He is clearly a nice kid in person, which made the no-shows even more frustrating.

 

Ryan is now in Ft Myers. Several weeks ago I set up an afternoon appointment with him and it was confirmed several times. One day before the agreed meeting I emailed him to make sure we were on the same page regarding what he was and was not into. In my experience, many well known porn stars have dramatic limitations on their permitted activities with clients vs what they do on camera. Anyway, he never responded and of course did not show up.

Thanks much guys. I was a bit tied up today. Figuratively speaking that is! I really should have done an advanced search on the guy myself. At any rate, I certainly appreciate all the effort that you guys put into this thread. That's what makes this community so special!

 

What I find quite interesting concerns the fact that I have been spending time in SW Florida for a number of years and I am always interested when inquiries are made regarding escorts serving the area. Never once has Ryan Rose been mentioned as specifically serving the region... at least to my knowledge until just a few days ago in a thread about escorts serving Fort Meyers. Then I coincidentally posted a GIF of him the Fetish Forum not even realizing that it was he. Indeed I was quite surprised to learn that he has been living in SW Florida for at least a couple of years. That he was never recommended by anyone here certainly says something.

 

In any event, it seems as though Mr. Rose has had a bit of a "thorny" past. Consequently, I would rather not take the chance. So thanks to all once again (and especially m1940) for all the time and effort!

I tried hiring Ryan Rose once and never got a response. It's weird that he promotes his escort page so heavily on his twitter but no one seems to have actually hired him. Same with the other Falcon Studios model Sean Zevran.

I have inquired to Mr. Rose at least 3 times. He said lets set something up. When it came to setting something up he never got back to me about a time. I have met him briefly. He is pretty. Guess all I can say he can talk the talk but he can't walk the walk.

He seems like a lot of trouble. I don't want to be with escorts who are a lot of trouble. I'm paying for a period of time of fun and fantasy.

 

One "porn star" who also seems to succeed as an escort is the amazing, fabuloso, Tristan Baldwin. What a great guy he is! I adore him!
