That's not entirely true. On MF it is true that a masseur can delete reviews, but on M4M there are parameters by which a masseur can't delete a bad review. On M4M, if you pay for premium membership, you can see negative reviews.

On massagem4m the masseur can delete his reviews by changing his profile name.
