Notice the 954 area code; another guy from that area code is visiting DC as well. He also has an attractive ad--but I wonder if this might be a team of scammers? (Have no idea.)

Seems pretty real to me - the number has a Fort Lauderdale area code, and googling some of his pics brought up a previous Fort Lauderdale based Rentboy ad. His listing as Latino pans out, as he appears to be Brazilian. I found some of his social media links and real name (which I won't share here, per rules) but that says he used to be based in the UK and is also corroborates that he is now based in Florida, at least for the time being.
