Separated at Birth?

Is it just me, or is it possible that Derek #3, today's Coverboy, and Bill Clinton were twins, separated at birth? Granted, Bill Clinton would have scored with more interns with Derek's body, but the resemblance facially seems there to me.

He's better looking than Bill, and of course much bigger. He's a mountainous guy. But he does have a sort of warm Southern personality that perhaps resembles Clinton (I guess).
