Sadly, I am forced to agree. There are already anecdotal indications of this site being known to law enforcement. A few guys from this site have been busted over time. Eventually, I think something bad is bound to happen.

I'm not saying that independent male escorts shouldn't have any concern about possible legal problems, but the scenario detailed in this article is quite unique: The complaint came from an ex-boyfriend who was angry because he had been accused of domestic violence. Also the women in question were basically pimping (if you believe the allegations), not just escorting themselves on a one-on-one basis. Even in San Francisco there was a big bust of a heterosexual escort service a view years ago, but the "madame" of that business was apparently raking in a LOT of money. It seems to me that the biggest risks are to those who (a) are running a large scale escort business; (b) are working the street, where the crime of prostitution is seen as more of a nuisance; and © know someone who wants revenge against them personally.
