He has one review from York. Anyone else have experience with him that might be able to give insight or details? The "no penetration" thing is a bummer and could be a deal-breaker, I haven't decided yet. $250 seems steep for this area if he's not willing to top.

Spoke to him today. He seems like an OK guy but he has too many limitations for me for the rates he's charging, as least as far as I'm concerned.

I texted with him and he is not in Philadelphia he is more toward the Lancaster area but will travel to Philly. I agree with the above post, he is straight and there is too much negotiating that needs to take place for me.
