Long London layover. Sauna?

Looking for advice on how to spend a 12 hour layover in London on a Sunday in September. We will be jet lagged so I definitely would like to go to one of the saunas toward the end of the day to rest up, get a massage, book an escort and refresh myself before the next overnight flight. Which Sauna do you recommend? What touring advice do you recommend. Restaurants, cafes and Sunday events? I have been to London many times so I do not have to go to the regular tourist locations. I have 7 weeks before I go so that leaves me time to sort though the Huge amount of London escort adds.

my favorite for a while has been Chariots/Shoreditch - a very quick walk from Liverpool Station!

Do you have a favorite sauna in London?

I don't have a favorite, but you might check the Damron Guide and see which ones might be somewhat closer to the airport than others, although if you have 12 hours, that may not be a consideration. You might also check Gay Cities Guide for London, as they often have reviews posted of the various saunas, etc. Good luck and enjoy your time there. I will be there next year, so would appreciate a report on what you decide.
