Ricky Cruz in Las Vegas

I was wondering if any of you guys have hired Ricky recently? He has almost always gotten good reviews in the past but was curious as to what any of you have to say about any more recent hirings. I know that there was some pretty mean stuff posted about him a number of year ago. I think he is a very atrractive young man and was just interested in getting the true up to date facts and opinions of him.
