Update - I did reach him and have tentatively set up something for tomorrow. I'm feeling a little concerned as the signals are a bit mixed. The number and ad check out with the reviews although I'm a little concerned as both reviews while positive and spaced out are from first time posters. I find it a bit curious he chose to be out of Toronto as they are doing pride activities but maybe he's thinking the market is crowded there or has alternate reasons.
