Frozen Woman Declared Dead Dies Trying To Live

It seems like it would headline a tabloid, but this story is right from the courthouse and the LA Times. An 80-year old woman was declared dead, but was apparently not. Her body was frozen, and when she awoke, she struggled to live, but died trying. Okay, well, that's what the lawsuit alleges. A trial court threw the case out, but now, a federal appeals court says no, put it back in the hopper. Just like the frozen body, this lawsuit ain't dead yet:
