FYI, I received the following today from a business client. My corporate tech guy tells me it's a COMPLETE HOAX:

< My sincere apologies for this this inconvenience, but unfortunately a virus has been passed on to me and my address book WAS infected. Since you are in my address book, there is a good chance the virus is in your computer too. The virus (called jdbgmgr.exe) is NOT detected by Norton or McAfee antivirus systems. The virus sits quietly for 14 days before damaging your system. It is seen automatically by messenger and by the address book, whether or not you sent e-mail to your contacts. >

Bottom line? Ignore it, so I'm told. :o

< jdbgmgr.exe is a legit system file; don't delete it. (But don't panic over it if you already did delete it, either.) >

Exactly what my tech guy told me. :+
