CONDUCT UNBECOMING AN ATTORNEY

A lawyer representing Salvatore "Sammy Bull" Gravano's brother-in-law has been banned from a New York City jail, the New York Post reports. Jean Marie Graziano, a 33-year-old Staten Island defense lawyer representing Gambino mobster Edward "Cousin Eddie," is accused of "holding hands and interacting intimately" with reputed mob soldier Frank "Frankie Fap" Fappiano. "Additional evidence gathered during an investigation of your conduct confirms that you have a personal, apparently romantic, relationship with this inmate," says warden Gregory Parks. "Your conduct is unbecoming of an attorney and is disruptive to the orderly running of this institution," according to Parks.
