Yes (according to Wikipedia):

During the last three years of his cohabitation with Locke, Clint Eastwood fathered two children in secrecy with flight attendant Jacelyn Reeves.[249] They met at the Hog's Breath Inn, a Carmel restaurant and bar owned by Eastwood, and conceived a son, Scott Reeves (born March 21, 1986), at the premiere of Pale Rider.[278] Since Reeves made no great demands on him, he later repeated the experience,[279] siring her daughter, Kathryn Reeves (born February 2, 1988).[268] The birth certificates for both children stated "Father declined."[280][281] Eastwood's affair with Reeves was first reported in the Star tabloid in 1990,[282] [283] but was ignored by the legitimate news media for more than a decade. Eastwood's friend Richard Schickel wrote in a 1996 authorized biography that the actor had two more children than the public was aware of, but would not reveal their names.[284] Eastwood finally presented his and Reeves' children to the public in 2002. Kathryn served as Miss Golden Globe at the 2005 ceremony where she presented Eastwood with an award for Million Dollar Baby.

Speaking of kids of stars -- I recently saw a show with Ethan Peck, grandson of Gregory Peck. Awesomely hot. He's done some TV and movies in addition to live theater. Looks alot like his grandfather at that age (late 20s).
