Just a quick programming reminder for those of you with Sundance.

Today (Sunday July 21), they are running a movie called WayDownTown. One of the stars in it is Fabrizio Fillipo. I'm sure you remember him as the hottie violin player from QAF who broke up Justin and Brian for at least part of the season. Other then getting a look at him again, the movie looks interesting.

Here's the synopsis from Sundancechannel.com

"In Gary Burns's wry satire of corporate life and modern urban living, four young office workers wager a month's salary in a competition to see who can endure the longest without ever setting foot in the outside world. Tom (Fabrizio Filippo), Sandra (Marya Delver), Randy (Tobias Godson) and Curt (Gordon Currie) have all lasted 24 days as human laboratory rats in their experiment, which has confined them to living within a mall-like modern office, shopping and apartment complex. However, the stresses of this daily existence - under the harsh glare of fluorescent lighting, exposed to mindless piped-in music, nourished by servings from food courts and working in cubicles - is starting to take its toll. Tom believes he has seen a caped superhero just out of the corner of his eye; Sandra is becoming convinced that she is being slowly poisoned by the recycled city air; Randy is giving animal names to all the people in the mall and Curt, better known as the office "slut," is having an attack of raging hormones. And they are not alone: Tom's cubicle mate Brad (Don McKellar), a twenty-year veteran of the corporate world, is starting to staple messages with inspirational mantras on his chest. waydowntown was named Best Canadian Film by the Toronto Film Critics and at the Toronto International Film Festival and was hailed as "a smart, sardonic satire" by the New York Times. R (AC, AL, MV) Stereo"
