Pics belong to a guy who's supposedly a Romanian body builder and has been featured on a bunch of muscle sites, such as musclehunks. There's another rentboy ad for the same guy using a few different pics under the name of Igor, where he says he's Ukrainian. It might or might not be the same guy as on the muscle sites, but this smells like the "Murray Hill Gang" to me, which means they have a guy who looks something like the guy pictured.
