So considering this guy typically represents real people, yes, it is PROBABLY true. You'd have to determine for yourself, how good it is.

The model's age and height match the ad, and he works out of NYC, but when not in NYC the model is a community college student in the midwest, so one wonders whether the part about school loans is legit.
