Snail mail. TCF doesn't accept deposits by mail, or at least that's what CS told me.

 

If you have a smartphone, CitiMobile allows you to deposit checks by picture. through their app. It's highly convenient for me as I travel a lot. I hold a Gold Account and that account usually guarantees that my funds are immediately available unless it's a truly large amount.
