Haven't found many guys this last week in Waikiki via the usual online resources, including Craigslist. Any other suggestions on where I should have looked so I'll be better prepared for my next visit?

 

Heading to Kauai tomorrow with even fewer advertisers. Guess I'll have to hold out for my return trip via LA.

Hula's in HNL is the best. Apparently there are a lot of trannie escorts around, so there must be some of us regular guys there, too...somewhere. I know a guy who might be interested if you want me to ask him.

Are you suggesting the OP should go and pick up a guy at a bar? Or are you implying that some local guys would expect/ask an older tourist to pay them if he approaches them at a bar?

No, I'm suggesting that Hula's is a great place to meet guys...very friendly. I don't believe escorts hang out there. The bartenders may know some local working guys. There are a lot of military dudes there, though. I'd be hesitant to ask somebody at random if they would play for pay...lol.

Sorry, I was not more clear.... I am an "older guy"... I have met a lot of guys in Honolulu, including at Hula's, on the gay beach in Honolulu at one of the parks on Kauai, and on one of the "gay" beaches on Kauai. I never "paid" for anything. I have bought some guys a drink or two to be social, but never more than that. I have also had some great massages from guys on Oahu and also on the Big Island, and had a fantastic four hand massage on the Big Island. Some guys think "older" guys are hot, while other guys are only interested in guys in their 20s. It doesn't take long to let your gaydar give you the clues. If you are 80, weigh 300lbs, have lost all your hair and act like a slob, you may not attract any of the attention you desire. However, most tourists and local guys in Hawaii are very hospitable, friendly and interested in meeting others. Good luck and have fun. If you want more info, send me a PM.
