Ryan Serhant is back on Bravo!

The hottest real estate broker (okay, hottest guy) in NYC is back on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing New York which had it's season 2 premiere last night. In the opening scene we see him getting out of bed and naked (from behind) in the shower. Okay, I'm just as wet as he is. Later he strips off his shirts and dives into a pool at an brokers open house. He so enjoys playing this part. I have met him a couple of times since last season at a couple parties and he is even hotter in person. Also, despite the persona I thought he was a pretty nice guy.

 

The annoying queen Frederik is back (with a hot boyfriend -- how did that happen?) but they've dumped the schlub guy for a very short hot Latino twink (I never go to the gym) who I instantly was completely unattracted to .... he was like a mini-Frederik. No discussion of his sexuality yet but he seems pretty gay. Who knows.

 

So, nice to have HOT Ryan back ....

The new Latino guy is kind of cute I think, but the jury is still out. Agree about Frederik. As for Ryan, he seems the most gay of any of them. His whole girl-chasing persona seems like an act to me. Operalover, did you get any gay vibes when you met him in person?

My gaydar is notoriously BAD, so I'm the wrong person to ask. I probably was drooling a bit too much as well. He has enormous magnetism and I have to admit I was a bit mesmerized. My feeling was that he enjoys the attention, woman or man. As for his being gay, I asked around to younger friends on mine on the "circuit" and no has said they've seen him anywhere or heard of him being with a guy. For what that's worth.
