She had wonderful breasts. Even in the '60's you could see the outline of her nipples through her thick sweaters.

Are you on the right forum? LOL. Just kidding. She developed quite early especially for such a small woman.

The world has gone insane. My client I was just having lunch with didn't know who she was (and he's in his 50s).

He couldn't be from this world! I'm in my 50's and I remember Annette on the Mickey Mouse show and the Annette & Frankie movies, too. Funny, even then I thought Frankie topless was fun to look at...

That's ridiculous. I'm 52 and I knew who she was. Had he never seen a Mickey Mouse Show repeat? Or A beach movie back when they used to show them a lot ?

I feel like a small piece of my childhood has been lost. This was one I guess we've all been expecting for quite a while, knowing of her struggles with MS, but it still is a shock.

RIP Dear Annette. And thanks for everything.

I don't see how that's possible unless he never picked up a paper, watched TV, or saw a movie in his entire lifetime.

A piece of my childhood and young adulthood has passed. I grew up on the Mickey Mouse Club and watched it faithfully every day. As I came into puberty, I began to have a different impression of Annette.

Decades later I had my first meeting with her and her ex-husband Jack Gilardi when he worked at CMA (before ICM).

Another decade and I had the chance to work with her on a number of peanut butter commercials.

She was a sweet and giving woman and her battle with an awful disease was marked by her incredible grace dealing with such struggles.

We are a bit less blessed today.

Beautifully said. She will be missed and embodied much of what we should expect from celebrities. These days we get spoiled children assaulting people over porsches.

This is not appropriate. How does this relate to her recent demise?

This was beautifully and appropriately written, and I thank you! I, too, "grew up on the Mickey Mouse Club." ...viewed this show daily and connected with some of the Muskeeters.

I was eight years old when Mickey Mouse Club premiered in 1955 and remember watching it on a blonde mahogany 17" Philco TV with a swivel base. I was in love with her and Darlene but even at that age was attracted to the guys more. She was and is a class act. But I do have to say, this week's death trilogy covers mnany spectra -- Margaret Thatcher, the movie critic and Annette!

Always a classy, beautiful little lady. She was only a couple years older than me. I remember watching her and the "Club" after school everyday.

Thanks for the memories, Annette.
