Palm Springs weekend in the REAR view mirror..

I just arrived back home after an amazing weekend in Palm Springs with the most diverse and loveable group of GENTLEMEN I have ever had the honor to spend time with. Starting with our host Oliver who always offers a warm welcome and a simply loving environment for men to gather. I would also mention his Erotic adviser Jason who always makes things go so smoothly, (thanks for the salty dog).

I need to mention David and Epigonos who prepared all the wonderful food. The table was near to breaking under the burden of so many delicious bites.

 

In another thread some have asked for pics and others have pointed out that the nature of the event precludes cameras. BUT, I have some images seared into my memory and I am thankful to those many men who stopped by my position on the sofa to brighten my day and jump start my imagination.

 

I met some new men, both escorts and clients and can say I enjoyed spending time with all of them. Then there are the men I had already met. Boy it was so great to see these kind, generous gentlemen again. I am so grateful to have been able to attend this year.

 

I would be remiss not to mention that I am glad Daddy was able to attend as well. He brought goodwill, gifts and a protective wing for his boys.

 

Finally I want to say to those who were absent(you know who you are and you were missed) and those who could not attend, please try to arrange to attend next year. As those who have attended will attest, this is a unique gathering (as is the D.C. luncheon). You will seldom find a more convivial group of gay men anywhere, and this event only gets better and better each year.

 

Thanks to Oliver, Jason, Daddy and everyone for making me feel so good this weekend.

We are sitting at LAX waiting for our flight home. More reports from the weekend are sure to be coming in the next few hours and days as everyone gets home. I know I will post more on our weekend tomorrow. But I wanted to quickly respond to Jackhammer's post. I know I speak for almost everyone who has attended in the past. And I can say that there is no one we look forward to being there more, to celebrate him being with us than Jackhammer. You were sorely missed my first year. We were so happy you were well enough last year and again even better this year (except for that toe thing). It is only this weekend that is in the rear view mirror for you Jackhammer. Much still is ahead through the windshield. And we can't wait to see you again next year. Be well our good friend.
