The bartender jokingly said to my bud to be good or he would spank him to which my bud replied that if the bartender was serious he would pay him 200 for a spanking only. No sex. Spanking may lead to a Sexual Situation in that it does "titillate" the Butt for penetration...But I doubt it can be called a "Sexual Situation" in itself. For $200 many would definitely agree to it!
