This isn't a question, but I thought I'd share with you guys a great extension for GMail that may help your business productivity:

 

You've got to love the "canned response" emails function! You can use it as a template to apologize and explain that you are not available at a certain time, or use it as a template to set up a meeting with a client -- saves time, and gives your image some consistency!

Edit: The "Canned responses" functionality is from the "labs" (Click settings while in gmail)
