If I could be dictator for a day, college guys would have to strip down for us at least once a week. I'd also make a law, like in Egypt, that my laws can't be "reviewed/reversed". Ok, sorry you wasted your eyesight reading about my fantasy. But heh, I bet many who read this were thinking the same thing.
