I believe this may have been brought up, but, if you plan to vacation in a domestic city, you MUST visit Palm Springs. It is not only GAY friendly (majority of population are gay plus all estabishments are gay owned or extremely gay friendly), it is also AGE friendly, and APPEARANCE friendly. Plus there is a lot to do in whatever you choose. GO FOR IT!!!!

If I travel to Southern California, I want to be to near the ocean---either Malibu or Santa Monica---and also near Topanga Canyon.

 

Malibu and Santa Monica may not specifically be gay destinations, but West Hollywood is, of course, less than 30 minutes away by car.
