I love him. What a breath of fresh air. Especially compared to the fake Adam Lambert on American Idol who wouldn't even admit he was gay until the program was over.

Last night, when superhot Mario Lopez came over to interview him he said "ooh, Mario Lopez, can I touch your butt" as his hand lowered and Lopez said "wow, let's keep this a PG-13 show."

Is he the fuller figured screaming guy. I watched it tonight. We get it a few days after you.

You should see Rylan Clarke on the UK X Factor

He's FABULOSO. Can't wait for Madonna week

I love Jason as well. He is one of the only TRULY talented people out of this motley assortment of "wannabees", and he is REAL, true to himself and unapologtic. I think it was a travesty that his mentor set him up to fail and be ridiculed with that Vegas-esque farce routine he was forced to sing, recalling Liberace in his hey-day. Although the show is about talent, Jason clearly is NOT pop-star material and hasnt a chance in hell to win, but WHY make a fool out of the guy. RATINGS, thats why ! At least LA Reid redeemed his dispicable action by keeping Jason in the competition, albeit for probably just another week. The talent on this show is week and uninspired.. They cant even pick names for the acts and have them stick. And Britney is usually comatose and pulls one of three comments out of her bag of tricks. Compared to The Voice, X-Factor is small-league.

No doubt Rylan IS a Diva, but clearly not the best singer. Personality can only take him so far.. When he showed up for the rehearsal wearing that hooded mini-dress, Nicole seemed taken aback. For some reason, these mentors dont know what to do with these over-the-top, out-of-the-box contestants, and in the USA, Gay is still a hard sell....

He's very well liked on the UK show though, we do gay a bit better over here, it's not so much a hard sell

I always felt that Ollie was a bit fey..... :o

I agree with you 100%. It's a really weak line-up and Jason is one of the few really talented ones (along with that hot boy band of hunks). Could LA Reid be more obvious? He really is an asshole. He makes Simon Cowell look like a really nice guy. Get the hook for Britney. She says the same 5 or 6 words for every contestant and looks to be tranquilized. I actually never heard of Demi Lovato before this season's show started (I'm not really a pop music guy) but she's really terrific as a mentor and a judge.

I'm pretty bored already.

He is a breath of fresh air. Jason is just Jason to himself and everybody that he comes in contact with. I think that's why the audience, judges, and fellow contestants love him. Go for it Jason. Best of luck!

I dont get the fake Adam Lambert comment. His goal was to reach the final and win. Even without mentioning whether he was gay or not he still lost, to an Arkansas young married man, Kris, who is from heartland of Bible thumping. The audience is young girls and women. Why do you think gay men keep their sexuality a secret in Hollywood until they make it like Matt Brommer.

A lot of good Jason Brock being himself will get him if he is already in the bottom 2. Simon's comment was not wrong, America is not going to vote for him period. Is it selling yourself to the devil, yes it is. If you dont like dont go on shows like this in the US. The demographics in America are different than in UK. That is why the X factor is failing, they are completely misreading the demographics here and a show like this should be used as a second season replacement not prime fall material. So too bad for Jason but the performance was good but really sorry Adam is much more commercial performer than Jason. Plus a guy doing Whitney, I dont know just does not do anything for me. Sorry but differing opinions differing tastes.

Jason is VERY talented, but he is a novelty act, not a mainstream popstar, at the very least for his age alone.... I like his persona, he is fearless but that wont help him fill arenas and cell CD's.

For now he is a curiosity, kinda like Sanjaya was on American Idol. It makes for water cooler and chatroom conversation. I think the only comparison to Adam is in his flamboyance. They are 2 totally different performers. Adam found his niche, albeit limited. With good management Jason may be able to do something similar. But WIN he wont...

First, Matt Bomer never kept his sexuality a secret. He was open about it forever. When White Collar came along there was all sorts of speculation. He didn't talk about it and, to be honest, he wasn't really asked about it. It's why he never "came out." He just thanked his partner one day publicly and that was that.

Adam Lambert is a different case. He PRETENDED he wasn't gay, which was completely false. That's why I call him fake. And your bigotry towards Chrisitans is fairly obvious and marks where you're coming from. American Idol is a popularity contest. Kris Allen -- who is very talented by the way -- was very attractive and more liked by the majority of the audience. It had nothing to do with his being married. If he had been openly gay and Lambert still in the closet (on the show) I'm willing to bet that Kris Allen would have still won AI. He won because he was good-looking and was preferred by the majority. It's pretty simple. Not everthing in life is based on gay "bigotry."

Bible thumping? Really? So it would be okay to call San Francisco the heart of "fag ass pounding?" Sometimes when one makes comments that are bigoted you should substitute the bigoted phrase for one that refers to your own group and then you'll see how wrong it is.

Oh, I agree. I just like him. I realize he can't win and will probably be the first person let go as soon as the public gets to vote. I hope he makes it to Broadway which is where I think he'd find a very welcome home.

Jason was the first voted off on the live shows. Now that they are listing the full top 12 in order by audience voting, you can see where your favorite act ranked. Jason was dead last. While he was somewhat entertaining, he deserved to go this week. In fact the bottom two deserved to be in the bottom two I think.

He was setup to Fail, with the bad song choices and the ridiculous costumes. They treated him like a circus side-show. I respect the fact that he was comfortable with who he was, but he certainly wasnt right for THIS competition. I believe they only put him thru for shock and awe....

I agree with all you say, but he made me smile. In my opinion, the woman was talented but pompous and negative with an attitude that totally turned me off. Her mentor is the same obnoxious personality. Hope she's gone soon and that the mentor is not invited back as a judge

Boston Bill, if you are referring to Cece Frey, I agree that she needs to go.. But as far as her mentor, Demi Lovato, I can't disagree with you more. I think Demi has actually proven herself to be a smart, literate judge/mentor who has the balls to stand up to Simon Cowell, unlike Miss Spears and her "i was proud of you. You are amazing"..She seems more out of it than Paula Abdul ever was.

I like Demi as well as a mentor and judge. Gurl got Balls, but her recent "Morticia Adama" makeup is a bit outputting.... I liked her softer look.... As for CeCe, she is an over-confident wannabee, and as the show goes on, she gets worse ! Blonde hair does NOT a Diva make.....

I had never heard of Demi Lovato until this season of X Factor. I think she's doing a good job. Spears, on the other hand, is a disaster. Her vocabulary seems to consist of around 8 words.

I'm shocked that the hot boy band -- who are think are the favorites -- were only in sixth place.

And that old, boring, white country singer was first?

I think they need a separate show for country singers. Otherwise, everytime you have one they'll win -- for reasons I don't wish to think about.
