Although I am not an aficionado of "balls" and "ball sacs" or "tea bags," I do think from what has been shown in these pics, I could easily be swayed

There are things you can do to "stretch them" and make them hang lower, but for the ones we see here that we covet..... its in the genes....

JJ... this is such a great post... thanks again... after further and a very careful review, I would love to meet #1, 3, 4, 10, 12 and 13. I need to verify that they are indeed all natural and not photoshopped in any way and that they are as responsive as I rember a couple of other guys that I know with low hangers. And, you are right... it is the genes, as you can't make them come out this way with streching or any other means... we just have to celebrate them, even if we are jealous.
