Along the lines of what you are asking, when someone interviews with us and appears to be mainly heterosexual then yes, we need to ascertain if they are capable of fulfilling clients so some testing is in order. As to coaching we absolutely guide and advise our new escorts about how to handle themselves and to deal with different situations, as well as what our standards and expectation as an agency are. The rest I will just leave to your imagination. ;-)
