Is there any truth to the rumour of a gay "black widow", a career "hustler", who targets aging, affluent gay males with health issues, becomes their "significant other" in a "relationship", and, having isolated them from their families and friends and obtained access to their assets, hurries them on to the "three score and ten" marker by benign neglect of their medical needs?

Interesting.....have not heard of this one yet!

I haven't heard of that recently, although a couple of years back there was an article about an unexpected death of an older wealthy man in NYC that hinted at something similar.

Once you have it written, get a literary agent and sell it to cable tv. I see a series here, a sort of gay Masterpiece theater. You'll be flush with funds - think of all those opportunities that are bound to come your way!

This was the plot line in an Alyson Publications novel. The "gay black widow" in the book was a handsome albino male. In one chapter, he (the albino) entered the hospital room of one aging benefactor. He exited some time later. The benefactor was then found by the hospital nurse to have shockingly strangled himself by becoming entangled in his own oxygen tank tubes.

Most Alyson titles are out-of-print. If I can remember the title, I'll post it.

LOL, it's not enough that we've got a wannabe heiress boytoy offing his aging benefactors, he's got to be albino too? Talk about over the top!

Reminds me of some of the Mr. Ripley stories where no one was safe when he had to do what he had to do, or maybe an old Law and Order script where the young man went around getting rid of other guys who were dying of AIDS.
