There are a number of handsome Russian boys about London these days, preppy in appearance but Slavic in temperament. Lots of nice pictures (thanks to photoshop in some cases) of straight young guys. They do list a few freelancers - some of whom might be ok. I spoke to the agency a few years ago and they offered no advice or knowledge about the guys they were supposedly acting for.

They do not show photographs of their guys on the site but will open up the pages to bone fide clients. They certainly specialise in preppy guys and will give sensible advice to anyone who phones them. They are not cheap and really specialise in longer appointments (one hour does not make much economic sense to them or the guys who have to share their fee with the agency). Some of their guys advertise on normal websites but quite a few are genuinely exclusive because they do not want to advertise publicly as escorts.

Just checked out the Capitol website... Might not be as high of a roller as they might want.. Especially to go to their offices to look at a portfolio, i am nervous enough checking online versus doing it in person.
