I'm sure this topic might seem exhausted to some of you, but please indulge a relative newcomer to this forum.

I know that different ad venues produce different results in different geographic areas, but big picture: where does everyone advertise?

My fallbacks are rentboy, rentmen, backpage and (sometimes) Adam4Adam. Am I missing anything?

thanks in advance for any and all help.

I advertise as a licensed massage therapist massagem4m and masseurfinder. if you are escorting certain areas do better with ads. new york , LA rentboy great option

southern states, GA florida, SC, menforrent now is the better option. as a massage therapist I do better with masseur finder than with massagem4m less people advertise there.

Mainly rentboy.com here.

Another option would be Men4rentnow.com, I have found that is a good, reliable site and I got more "hits" and messages using that site than I did in my two months of Rentboy.com in the southeast. i.e. Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, Panama City Beach. I even had a client tell me that depending on where he is, he uses both rentboy and M4RN.

Overall, I've found M4RN to be more profitable than rentboy, but I do like that rentboy shows you how many hits you've gotten over a period of time or per day.

Hope that helps.

adam4adam and backpage aren't really sites you want to consistently advertise on. It's kind of like put an ad up for a month, take it down for a few weeks and then repeat. They tend to be a bit hit and miss. Although recently met a wonderful client from there the other week. Otherwise, what JackF said.

Jack... your link to RB does not work... did you take the ad down??

Hey Diverdan, unfortunately I did as it was only a temporary travel ad. PM me if you want links to my other active ads, I'd be happy to share with you.

Oh, I thought of another site that some guys use as well that's always free, but doesn't get many hits from clients. At least that's what I've gathered from the site. Hourboy.com, there used to be an Americanmale.com site too, but I think that went down.

It's completely different here in UK... Men4RentNow, Rentboy, Hourboy, Rentmen mean pretty much nothing. Most clients come from Gaydar, Gay Escort Club and few smaller local websites (Manchester Lads, Sleepyboy).

Some rentboys who do not want their pictures posted to the "www" flesh markets, create a portfolio on modelmayhem.com, a "legitimate" venue for models, and, they refer clients requesting "pix" to their mm listing.
