"Judas Kiss" movie/ Belgium's Zac Efron?

I just saw this movie on DVD this evening. I must confess that I rented it because I was curious to see Sean Lockhart (Brent Corrigan) is his first serious role--and because I also am a fan of Canadian actor Charlie David's. But for a low-budget gay movie, I was surprised at how well it was put together: not just the editing, but the acting and writing as well. The movie was quite engaging and a bit of a mind-fuck. Among the nice selection of eye candy in the movie was an actor they described as "Belgium's Zac Efron," Timo Descamps. Perhaps our Flemish friend Steven Draker could tell us the truth as to whether this is really so? Here he is in the sack with Sean/Brent:
