I am considering a week/ten-day visit to the Dominican Republic sometime between January and April. Here are my requests:

1. During that time, when is the best (sunny) weather?

2. Recommendations for hotels in/near Santo Domingo?

3. Gay activity? Bars, strip clubs, bath houses, escorts??

4. Anyone who has recently been there and would share any/all

information, I'd be very, very grateful.

5. Warnings, don'ts also appreciated.

A popular hotel for gays is the Duque de Wellington which is about 7 blocks from the Conde. Rates are reasonable and there is a wall safe in guest rooms. the rent boys mill about the lobby & will show u the clubs. [email protected]
