I have never sold any "adult" stuff on eBay but I have bought some from eBay sellers and there is a *lot* of it listed.

 

Is there some new policy over there, or did you just find their terms and conditions unduly restrictive?

 

I'm interested in the answer to this since I have some things I have been thinking of selling and have been trying to decide between eBay and naughtybits.com

I live in Germany and Naughtybids isn't open to international users, unfortunately. And at eBay it is illegal to sell adult material - at least at eBay.de. Maybe it is because minors could buy it.

it's not illegal to sell it on ebay, you just have to do it in the adult section...for this you have to register in order to get access. you don't get anywhere near the high bids as you used to under the regular gay section before they started clamping down.
