The traditional beer fest kicked off this past weekend with its less traditional Gay Sunday under the Gay tent ...

Last time I was at Oktoberfest in Munchen, I won a "plastic pickle" for ringing the bell with a wodden mallet!

For all of us who have complained about the lack of passion and kissing technique in some of those Czech and Hungarian porno flicks, the original picture just proves the rule. Was that some guy's audition reel or what?

So many inebriated people in one place...

 

Seeing so many inebriated people this weekend in one place wasn't exactly my idea of Octoberfest and furthermore heavy drinking was never my cup of tea ... but hey, to each his own. It was an experience and now I can check it off of my to-do list. The latest you go the worst it gets and by 11:30 pm they start closing down the "tents" and kicking all the drunk people out. Not a pretty scene. Best time to visit would be early afternoon or around 4pm, when the majority of the people are still relatively sober.

 

Neuschwanstein Castle, only an hour drive south of Munich in the steps of the Alps was looking as majestic as always on this warm and sunny indian summer day in Bavaria. Ludvig II had a great vision, alas he passed away prematurely and never saw the Castle finished.

Octoberfest in Munich is on my list of wanting to do once in my life. Thanks for the info and suggestion of when to duck out on the worst part of the festivities. The Castle is magnificient. That has now been added to my "must places" to visit too. Both pictures are spectacular. I do hope you had a chance to play a little in Munich too, either with clients or non-clients ~! I can only assume that with such a festival there are a lot of very horny guys wanting to play as well as drink beer. Share what you can, please.... inquiring minds want to know, at least this one does.

Couldn't agree with you more. Have had a great time at Octoberfest on a couple of occaisions, and manly affectionate men abound. Great memories. Schloss Neuschwanstein remains a favorite and absolutely worth a visit. Have yet to see it other than a picture of it in winter covered in snow. Definitely on my bucket list! Thanks for sharing. Glad you had a good time.
