Interesting. There were published stories in the Austin, Texas papers (both "legitimate" and underground press) a number of years ago that Gov. Good Hair was caught in the act having fun with his then Secretary of State. The stories were all over the net and I rather suppose that they are true as the whole episode was hushed up--supposedly by making some really big promises to Gov. Good Hair's spouse--paid for with funds provided by friends of Gov. Good Hair.
