Denver and all Colorado

Hey Guys, Hope everyone is doing well. Back from a business trip and about to go on a vacation in Colorado, especially Denver. My friends tell me that in Denver i will find guys who are hot, much younger looking than they are, and very open, especially those working in hotels. I have never been to Colorado. Could you guys give me advice on the gay scene, on guys who are gay for pay, and where I might find the best guys in the business. I am open to 25 to 35 yrs and up, love the preppy/college look etc. Most of all, just want to have fun and a good time. All comments would be appreciated. Enjoy the rest of the summer.

Check out the Denver Swim Club... a beautiful "bath house" with a large outdoor swimming pool... (They have an indoor one too). I have met a lot of fine guys there who live in Denver.... I am not into the "bathhouse scene" but have made an exception there and have often met someone and not stayed there but gone to their home or my hotel for extended amounts of time. Check out the gay guides for info on bars, etc. and of course the reviews here on the Denver and Colorado guys. Beautiful and fun city for vacation as is the entire state. Enjoy.

I just googled them Denver Swim Club and looked at their website. Appears to be a wild place. Far more raunchy that the Crew Club in DC which looks like Elizabeth Arden's Red Door in comparison.

You can see from Rentboy and Men4RentNow that Denver doesn't have a great escort scene, and it is Joey Bryant's current home which certainly doesn't seem to keep him very busy for one reason or another. "Out Front Colorado" is the well established gay newspaper, and they have a web edition which is updated every Wednesday. Pretty much anything going on in the gay community is referenced on their site, and at the bottom of the web page is a bar guide with links to most of the bars and their web sites. Denver has a large "young" population who are into outdoor sports. Hopefully you'll take a least one day to go into the mountains and take a little hike, the wildflowers have been amazing this year. At some of the ski resorts you can take a gondola to the top, with the option of walking back down on a fairly well established trail. "J.R.'s" is probably the most preppy bar, and it is walking distance to Charlies' (one of the first and the last cowboy bars where you can actually see guys doing the two step and line dancing. There is also The Wrangler in the same neighborhood between Colfax and 17th. The Compound on Broadway has a great hook up scene, and then downtown there is the Denver Eagle. The big dance bar is Tracks in LoDo. There are many small neighborhood bars, and there is a new place called The Black Crown which is an antique shop by day, piano bar by night. "Tops" are way outnumbered these days, so maybe you'll have that to your advantage. Hope you have a great time, there's also a great art and foodie scene going on these days.

Hi, Guys! I visit Denver for business on occasion. If you were going to the baths in Denver, would you choose Midtowne Spa or Denver Swim Club...and why? Always interested in your feedback!

Both Midtowne and DSC are fun..I kinda prefer Denver Swim Club, just because I feel like it's a bit nicer and with an outdoor pool, it has a great summer swim and sunbathe naked scene, which I love. Midtowne does have more private rooms available so that might be a better fit if you are wanting that. They also do "Jack-Off shows" with fairly attractive guys dancing and masturbating in a theater space, which can be pretty hot.

 

You really can't go wrong with either one though. Sunday afternoons are actually a very popular time if you want to go when there will be lots of hot guys. Most nights of the week are also pretty popular.
