WinsomeVic you need look no further for answers! There's no reason for me not to tell you exactly what to expect at the apartment, so you can rely on my description. The apartment is on 47th Street, 4 blocks from the subway entrance at 44th and 8th Ave. It is in a walk up building on the 4th floor, no doorman or attendant. No one else is present when you meet your guy there. The bedding is clean and there are clean towels in the bathroom. There is nothing remarkable about the space, but the general atmosphere of the place is clean and spacious. Everything else that you would need is provided by the guy you meet (supplies). The only caveat for some is that there are two cats who also occupy the apartment, but there is no odor, and they are not allowed in the clean bedroom (so no cat hair on the bed). The rate is $60. If you can think of any more specific questions I will be happy to tell you what I know.

Stephen, thank you so much for taking the time to share some more details with me. I think that's a great service you offer as getting a room is problematic for me, especially with hotel rates in nyc these days.
