This guy has some amazing photos and only is charging $150. I'm guessing it maybe a "too good to be true" case, but was curious if anyone knew anything about him.

Scammer, apparently - changes name & pictures as he changes cities (ssuming he's actually moving). He uses 2 phone numbers consistently, according to other posters. I was sooo hoping for a bargain & the pics are stunning though, you gotta admit. Worth the trip to Florida. I'm afraid you guys are right though - too good to be true.
